Jake Paul’s MVP Launches MVPW Women’s Boxing Platform, Signs Multi-Year ESPN Deal Through 2028

Most Valuable Promotions, the company co-founded by Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian, announced the launch of MVPW, a dedicated women’s boxing platform. Alongside a multi-year broadcast agreement with ESPN running through 2028. The deal returns boxing to ESPN’s linear television networks for the first time since the network’s eight-year exclusive partnership with Top Rank expired on July 31, 2025.

MVP Women Live on Sky Sports in UK April 5th

Three events have been scheduled to open the platform. MVPW-01 takes place on April 5 in London, streaming on the ESPN App, with Caroline Dubois (12-0-1, 5 KOs) facing Terri Harper (16-2-2, 6 KOs) in a WBC/WBO lightweight unification. MVPW-02 moves to ESPN linear on April 17 at Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden, headlined by unified super featherweight champion Alycia Baumgardner (17-1, 7 KOs) against Bo Mi Re Shin (19-3-3, 10 KOs). MVPW-03 follows May 30 in El Paso, also on linear, with WBA lightweight titleholder Stephanie Han (12-0, 3 KOs) meeting Holly Holm (34-3-3, 9 KOs) in a rematch.

The MVPW brand features a gold “W” embedded within MVP’s existing logo. Events will follow a sequential naming convention to establish a year-round calendar. MVP said the majority of MVPW cards will air on ESPN’s linear channels rather than streaming alone.

Rosalyn Durant, ESPN’s EVP of programming and acquisitions, said the platform “brings together some of the most accomplished and dynamic championship athletes in boxing, competing on a stage that reflects the magnitude of their talent.”

MVP also entered a strategic partnership with Madison Square Garden Entertainment. With plans to stage annual MVPW events at the venue over the next three years.

The ESPN agreement completes a broad distribution portfolio for MVP. Who already holds deals with Netflix, DAZN, and Sky Sports. The promotion said its women’s roster currently includes 43 fighters. MVPW-01 on April 5 in London will serve as the platform’s debut card.
