Junior Sales & Sponsorship Executive
Boxing Social, a leading digital boxing news platform, is seeking a Junior Sales & Sponsorship Executive to join our rapidly growing business primarily based at the head office in Brentwood, Essex. Working alongside the Managing Director and CEO you will receive professional on the job training and be a critical player in the company’s growth plans.
The right person will be a boxing fan and want to be part of the world of professional boxing. You will be hands-on, highly motivated and have the confidence to develop relationships in a fast-paced environment. Your grammar, attention to detail, and attitude to business will be impeccable.
We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a B2B sales environment, with experience in cold calling, developing a database of contacts and cultivating relationships to identify and build opportunities to buy advertising space and marketing opportunities in boxing.
The role will extend to the wider digital group of businesses where you will be working with our digital marketing specialists to upsell and drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive partnerships and business development strategies to increase revenue
- Create and develop relationships to generate new partnerships
- Prioritise and lead multiple sales prospects simultaneously and follow up on the pitches in a timely manner
- Work closely with all departments within the business to create new product opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction through ensuring strategies are implemented as expected.
You will get the opportunity to work with industry leading professionals on a day to day basis with an opportunity to learn from the decades of experience and knowledge they have gained.
Salary: £18,000 Per Annum
OTE: Uncapped Commission Estimated @ £12,000 Per Annum (Performance Dependant, once probation passed)

Videographer
Leading boxing news and content publisher Boxing Social are recruiting for a creative individual to join our rapidly growing business as our in-house videographer, joining a dynamic team to film, edit and deliver quality content.
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 per year (depending on experience), 24 days holiday, Bank Holidays and other benefits
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Travel: The role will include weekly travel around the UK and on occasion abroad. You will be required to stay away with work.
Working week: This role comes with a flexible working week, with regular weekend work required due to the nature of the business.
About Boxing Social: Boxing Social is a leading news and content outlet in boxing in the UK and globally. Publishing boxing news content across a range of social channels.
Your Role:
- Responsible for the shooting, editing and creating of captivating visual video content and stories. We want to produce enthralling vlog and visual content for our YouTube and social media platforms.
- Contributing to our blog, reporting on the latest that is going on at events and fight weeks
- Getting behind the scenes with some of the biggest and best in the boxing world, to create unique and captivating entertainment for our audience
- Creating social media reels, providing information and visually pleasing content for our audience
You’ll need:
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Creative flair and willingness to collaborate with team members
- Strong video & visual editing skills suitable for each platform
- Experience in creating vlog and media content to sustain and raise brand awareness
- The ability to work in a team and under own initiative
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work on own initiative
- Be used to working towards tight deadlines
