# Benn tests positive for Covid-19, ruled out of Granados bout

Conor Benn’s scheduled welterweight bout against Adrian Granados at Fight Camp this weekend has been cancelled after the Brit tested positive for Covid-19.

Benn (18-0, 12 KOs) was set to headline the first show of Matchroom’s exclusive worldwide broadcasting deal with streaming giants DAZN this weekend against the experienced Granados (21-8-3, 15 KOs).

“Conor Benn has today tested positive for Covid-19, resulting in the postponement of Benn vs Granados,” A Matchroom Boxing statement read. “The world title clash between Xu Can and Leigh Wood will now headline Saturday’s show at Fight Camp.”
