Unbeaten Scottish super lightweight phenomenon Josh Taylor has officially been announced as a participant in the World Boxing Super Series 140lbs tournament.
Taylor, who was last seen in action overcoming former WBC World super lightweight champion Viktor Postol in thrilling fashion in Glasgow, is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in world boxing and his entrance will no doubt come as welcome news to boxing fans worldwide.
The tournament, that seeks to pit the best eight competitors in each division against one and other in a knockout-format, has been well-received throughout the first season, with its glitzy, showpiece events bringing a much needed boost to the respective divisions.
