An undercard championship fight was also announced.
Jamie Conlan (19-0, 11 KO’s), another Belfast born fighter, will get a crack at the IBF World super flyweight title when he challenges champion Jerwin Ancajas (27-1-1, 18 KO’s).
Also, Zolani Tete (25-3) will put his WBO World bantamweight title on the line against challenger and triple Olympian, Paddy Barnes (3-0).
For Frampton (23-1), this will he first fight since the loss to Leo Santa Cruz back in January. He’s then split up with trainer Shane McGuigan and manager Barry McGuigan of Cyclone Promotions.
