Chris Eubank Jr has weighed in on bitter rival Conor Benn’s return to the ring in Orlando, Flordia this past weekend.
After 14 months out of action due to his performance enhancing drugs scandal, Benn returned in a super welterweight contest again Mexico’s Rudolfo Orozco.
Orozco proved to be very durable – Benn was taken the distance and denied the highlight reel stoppage he craved.
Eubank took to social media to share his thoughts on his old pal’s showing, and clearly wasn’t too impressed, starting off by expressing his boredom before telling him he was ‘in deep s**t’ should they fight.

“Talk is cheap, he talks a lot. “I won’t lose to a 154, I won’t lost to Smith and all that.” Complaining about a little bump on his eye. He’s such a walley. I’ll happily go up to 160 and give him a good beating.”
He later said on social media that he would knock Eubank ‘out clean’ in three rounds.
I’m knocking you clean out in 3 rounds !!!! https://t.co/n2MsJZizWE

There are reportedly plans afoot for the two family rivals to lock horns in a grudge match this December.
Benn and Eubank were due to clash last October, however the fight was derailed at the last minute after news broke that the former had returned two positive VADA tests.
That issue is not fully cleared up yet, with Benn still not in possession of a British Boxing Board of Control license, which will need to be rectified if the Eubank fight is to happen on UK shores.
