Chris Eubank Jr (24-1, 19 KO’s) will fight at Wembley for the second time on July 15th. It was recently announced that Eubank Jr will go against an experienced Armenian born Arthur Abraham (46-5, 30 KO’s).
The son of a British boxing legend received some flak for turning down a fight against Gennady Golovkin and instead taking on an unknown Australian in Renald Quinlan. Abraham is definitely a step up in competition and is considered to be Eubank Jr’s toughest foe since Billy Joe Saunders.
The two will fight for Eubank Jr’s IBO super middleweight title. This will be Abraham’s first ever fight on UK soil. He has 30 knockouts to his name and is on a two fight win streak ever since losing his WBO super middleweight title to Gilberto Ramirez last year.
Meanwhile Eubank Jr is riding a solid six fight stoppage win streak. His last loss came back in 2014 against the previously mentioned Saunders.
