In the long running feud between Dana White and Jake Paul the UFC President has decided to return fire.
The 52-year-old has been on the receiving end of an online beating from the YouTuber turned boxer lately.
Paul has gone after White regarding UFC pay issues along with a truckload of insults and a ‘diss’ track too.
White had gone quiet and hadn’t thrown any mud recently, but that changed on Saturday night.
After his latest UFC card White carried out his usual post-fight press conference duties and fielded questions from the media.
White was asked once again if he would entertain the idea of having Paul in the UFC and what he thought of the 25-year-old’s next fight against Hasim Rahman Jr.
“Is this still a thing? It isn’t to me. I couldn’t care less. He’s a pay-per-view turd.”
“I saw he [Rahman Jr] just got knocked out by Tommy Morrison’s son. He just got knocked out. Why wouldn’t you go after the guy that knocked him out?”
“That’s not the business I’m in. I’m in a different business than that. I’m in the tough fight business.”
Rahman Jr stepped in for the August 6 fight date at Madison Square Garden after Tommy Fury withdrew due to issues gaining entry into the United States.
Paul is unbeaten in five fights since his debut and this sixth contest marks a change of direction.
This time he is facing an actual boxer who has 12 wins from 13, his sole defeat ending in a fifth-round loss to James Morrison three months ago.
