A poor bystander made the fatal error of talking within earshot of a Derek Chisora interview – and ‘Del Boy’ wasn’t shy in letting him know about it!
Chisora has been in Saudi Arabia has part of the promotional team for Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury, and was being questioned on tonight’s fight when a conversation can be heard in the background.
And those taking part were quickly corrected by Chisora, who paused his interview with iFL TV to call for silence in the room.
“Oi! I’m f***ing talking here!”
Even when he’s not stepping in the ring, Del clearly isn’t a man to be trifled with on a fight week.
Jake Paul and Tommy Fury’s hotly anticipated grudge match is now just hours away, as months of online back and forth and social media trash talk will finally be laid to rest at the Diriyah Arena in Saudi Arabia.
Even more spice was adding to proceedings with the agreement of a double or nothing bet at the press conference that would see Fury risk his entire purse, however Paul is now claiming the Brit has backed out of this.
The oddsmakers are unable to split the men at the time of writing, emphasising the nature of the contest as a true 50/50 fight.
Fury has vowed to prove Paul is no more than a “YouTube boxer,” whilst the American has answered calls to face a ‘real’ professional boxer his own age.
Many feel defeat would spell the end of either man’s aspirations of becoming a world champion, and the victor will cement their status as a true fighter.
The fight is available on BT Sport Box Office at a price of £19.95 in the UK and $49.99 on ESPN+ in the UK.
