Devin Haney was in bullish form after victory for a second time over Goerge Kambosos Jr in Austrailia, with the undisputed lightweight champion saying he was ready to face the very best in the world.
After putting in another dominant performance against Kambosos, Haney got on the mic post fight and let the boxing world know he was ready for all challengers.

“We’re taking on all comers. No matter who it is, we want to fight the best fighters in the world.”
“I believe I’m the best fighter in the world, so whoever it is next – bring ‘em on.”
A match up with Vasiliy Lomachenko has been heavily touted for Haney over the past few months and seems a logical next step with both fighters signed to Bob Arum’s Top Rank.
Arum himself said a meeting could be in the offing for spring 2023, provided Haney was victorious in his rematch with Kambosos and Lomachenko comes through his comeback fight with Jamaine Ortiz on October 29th.
Many pundits felt this past weekend could be the last time fans see Haney campaign at lightweight, with the American looking particularly gaunt at the weigh in on Friday.
However, after another assured performance and with the more lucrative fights at 135lbs, Haney seemed to hint that he will likely remain at the division where he reigns supreme for at least one more fight.
