Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn has responded to recent statements made by Oscar De La Hoya, who proposed facing him in the ring. De La Hoya’s offer caught the public’s attention and sparked excitement among fans, as he claimed he was willing to fight without receiving any financial compensation.

Following De La Hoya’s comments, Eddie Hearn was quick to react. Through his official Instagram account, Hearn posted a story responding humorously to his rival’s offer.
“You need TWO months to train for me? Wow, I’m honoured 😎. @oscardelahoya vs @eddiehearn,” Hearn wrote.
For now, De La Hoya’s offer to fight for free and Hearn’s willingness to consider proposals have fueled the rumors.
Both promoters are prominent figures, and seeing them face off physically in the ring would be highly unusual.
Given the influence and possible involvement of His Excellency Turki Alalshikh, a fight between Hearn and De La Hoya could become a unique spectacle.
