First it was Conor McGregor who stepped into the boxing ring and now Floyd Mayweather has teased fans with a short clip of him entering a steel cage.
The two combat sport megastars had their famous tussle in August last year and it was expected that the cross sport spectacle would end then and there. But late last year rumours began that McGregor was still dissatisfied with his tenth round TKO loss to Mayweather and more rematch talk ensued when Floyd hinted that he could fight in the UFC.
“You already know I’m a money-getting motherf**ker. I’m Money May. They just called me not too long ago and asked me to come back. I can come right back to the UFC. If I want, I can go, I can come right back to the UFC, I can go fight in the Octagon. I can do a three or four fight deal in the Octagon and make a billion dollars. Remember, I’m Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather, and you motherf**kers love me, and I love you motherf**kers,” said Floyd on a video on his social media.

UFC commentator Joe Rogan revealed on his podcast that Mayweather has had negotiations with the UFC about a possible fight inside the Octagon.
“Floyd talked about it, apparently. This is one thing I can tell you, Dana [White, UFC President] told me that Floyd wants to make a deal in the UFC,” said the commentator.
Mayweather’s video went viral instantly on social media and has already generated millions of views. Fans are speculating whether he is actually planning to have a mixed martial arts fight or is he just teasing.
And naturally his former opponent McGregor responded immediately with a couple of posts once the video started spreading.
Hahahaha very good. Keep up the good work my son.
Yours sincerely,

But McGregor wasn’t done. Later on, he posted another message to Floyd in true McGregor fashion.

When there is smoke, there is fire. Mayweather-McGregor 2 could be in the works although, once again, the bout seems outrageous and out of this world but so did the first one.READ MORE:
