Francis Ngannou has put on a pure display of his legendary punching power by destroying a punch machine just a matter of days ahead of his upcoming heavyweight showdown with Anthony Joshua.
Ngannou holds the current record for having the hardest punch on the planet. The former UFC champion registered an overhand right strike power of 129,161 units on what is known as a PowerKube and earned a reading of 122,000 for his off-balance uppercut punch.
He is known as ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ and went some way to showing why with his boxing debut in October when he met WBC champion Tyson Fury and pushed him hard over 10 rounds and even score a knockdown, though he ultimately lost on points.
Next up he takes on Joshua on March 8 out in Saudi Arabia. Ahead of that he has now posted on X a video of him hitting a punch machine with the words, ‘who can beat my score?’. The clip shows him registering a maximum of 999.
