As an undisputed mega-fight between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua edges closer to reality, WBC champion Fury says that he is feeling immortal on current form.
Fury, who dominated Deontay Wilder last time out in February 2020, believes that he has every possible advantage over Joshua, and says that he plans to approach their bout in a similar manner to his rematch with the ‘Bronze Bomber’.
“I’ve got a bigger heart, I’m tougher, mentally and physically stronger,” Fury told Gareth A Davies. “I punch harder, everything is in my favour. When I take it to them, they can’t deal with it. It’s like wrestling a T-Rex. They can’t win. I’m indestructible. I can’t be beaten.
“Just like I did with Wilder – they said he said he was going to box and move. What did I do? Straight at him, bombs all the way through until he got stopped.”
