# Jake Paul Questions Tommy Fury’s Promotional Situation In Contract Dispute

The back and forth rolls on between Tommy Fury and Jake Paul, who apparently continue to fail to organise a fight despite both being professional boxers.

Paul and Fury have been scheduled to face twice before now. Both bouts fell through because of issues on Fury’s end – an injury and travel ban – [but the American has said he’ll give him one last chance to step through the ropes.](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/boxing/jake-paul-tommy-fury-news-28532217)

Despite empty deadlines being thrown around – which is seemingly the trend in the sport just now – nothing has been announced, and the British fighter’s latest claim of silence from Paul’s side doesn’t look good.

> “NO RESPONSE to my team from Jake Paul in regards to sorting contracts for this fight. My last tweet until I have some communication from your side.”

That, however, doesn’t seem to be the full story – at least according to Jake Paul’s team. His promotional company, MVP, responded to Fury’s tweet quickly to say that they had been in contact with his team daily.

> “Mr. Fury: Frank & George Warren are not your team anymore? Robert Davis is not your counsel? For clarity – MVP has been in daily contact with Queensberry to try and move the fight forward.”

Boxing Social reported recently that Fury’s latest offer mentioned Global Titans, the promotional company who handled his last exhibition bout on Floyd Mayweather’s latest event which was broadcast on DAZN.

> .[@jakepaul](https://twitter.com/jakepaul?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) if you want this fight to happen with me and [@GlobalTitansFS](https://twitter.com/GlobalTitansFS?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) in Feb or March in any location decided by GT, we can have the contracts sent by Wednesday.

The inclusion of that party is confusing not just to fans, but apparently to Jake Paul’s side, who say they have been in almost constant contact with Frank Warren’s Queensberry – Tommy Fury’s promoter in the UK.

[Warren’s latest update on the bout was positive, informing fans that he expected it to take place in the UK in early 2023](https://wp.boxing-social.com/news/frank-warren-responds-to-contract-deadline/). For his part, Tommy Fury reckons it could fill a stadium on these shores, but one’s thing for certain – it actually has to be signed before that happens.
