# Joseph Parker Gives Verdict On Tyson Fury-Oleksandr Usyk: “He’ll Take Care Of Business”

Former WBO heavyweight champion and sparring partner of Tyson Fury, Joseph Parker, has look ahead to ‘The Gypsy King’s’ undisputed title challenge against unified title-holder Oleksandr Usyk, assuring fans that the Brit will ‘take care of business’.

The long-awaited undisputed showdown is just weeks away and [fans and pundits alike remain split as to whom may come out on top.](https://www.tntsports.co.uk/boxing/oleksandr-usyk-must-beat-tyson-fury-to-be-considered-the-best-says-carl-froch-he-needs-to-gain-that-_sto9917666/story.shtml)

One opinion is that Tyson Fury’s arguable career-best wins over Deontay Wilder have been diminished after his good friend [Parker whitewashed the ‘Bronze Bomber’ last month](https://wp.boxing-social.com/news/joseph-parker-deontay-wilder-report/).

Meanwhile, Fury’s below-par display against Francis Ngannou has only added to doubts that he can topple the tricky Ukrainian, despite his obvious physical advantages.

However, [Parker told Boxing News](https://youtu.be/Y8-kzNKnlo8?si=qw2zdX0cCy7HcbJv) that he has full confidence in the abilities of Fury is expecting the WBC title-holder to get the job done.

> “I just think that it’s great that the fight is actually happening and locked in. It’s a fight that has been talked about for a long time, we have never seen an undefeated undisputed champion in a long time.

> “You know who I am going for, you know who I am backing, I am very biased in that sense. Even if I take off my bias hat, there’s still some bias anyway, I just know that Tyson is going to take care of business, he’s going to be the undisputed champion and it’s going to be great.”

Fury-Usyk takes place on February 17th in Riyadh, with an [undercard featuring Jai Opetaia and Sergey Kovalev now confirmed](https://wp.boxing-social.com/news/tyson-fury-oleksandr-usyk-undercard/), ahead of the battle to crown the first undisputed heavyweight champion of the four-belt era and the first of any kind since 2000.
