The rematch between Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko is rumoured to go down in the fight capital of the world – Las Vegas.
Promoter Eddie Hearn has confirmed on multiple occasions that Vegas is the current ‘front runner’ to host the rematch. Recently, Hearn paid a visit to the T-Mobile Arena, a very potential venue to host the fight. The very same arena will host the Mayweather-McGregor fight on August 26th.

The Ukrainian still hasn’t given his official answer yet, but it’s expected that once the deal is set for Vegas to host the venue, Klitschko will say yes.
“We met with Richard Sturm and the team at MGM in Las Vegas yesterday and had a full tour of the T-Mobile Arena which is very impressive. There is a huge appetite from both sides to hold the rematch there and we will be talking further over the next week or so to see if that can become a reality,” told Hearn according to Sky Sports.
A decision regarding the venue and the rematch will be announced in the next couple of weeks.
