Logan Paul has expressed his desire to fight Tommy Fury and avenge his younger brother Jake’s loss in Saudi Arabia.
After months of bad blood and social media jibes, The Problem Child’ lost out via split decision to Fury, the first defeat of his professional boxing career to date.
And speaking on BS W/ Jake Paul, big brother Logan made no bones about the fact he is on the hunt for revenge.
“If you don’t [rematch Fury], I’d like to handle that. That was my first instinct.”
Logan was ringside at the Diriyah Arena to witness the defeat, which was also attended by the likes of Mike Tyson, Tyson Fury and even Cristiano Ronaldo.
The boys’ mother Pamela claimed that immediately after the defeat Logan said:
“I’m going to kill that kid!”
And the internet sensation held his hands up to the comments.
“Yeah… that’s what I said. It’s my little brother! F*** that. Inflatable arm a** mother******, f*** you.”
The elder Paul brother has a fair degree of boxing experience himself, having headlined a Sky Sports Pay Per View against UK influencer KSI back in 2019, a fight he lost via split decision.
He also took part in an exhibition against the legendary Floyd Mayweather in 2021, where many felt he gave a good account of himself and actually landed some shots on the former five weight world champion.
By all accounts, it seems Logan will have to wait for his shot at Fury, as former Disney star Jake has stated his desire to activate the contractual rematch clause and take on the Brit once more, potentially this summer.
With ‘TNT’ publicly welcoming the prospect of another date with Paul, it looks like fans could be in for a second serving sooner rather than later.
