IBF featherweight champion Kiko Martinez has agreed a deal to rematch Josh Warrington in the UK on March 26, live on DAZN.
According to Mike Coppinger of ESPN, Martinez is set to have his second consecutive bout on British soil after stunning Kid Galahad in six rounds to claim the IBF featherweight crown back in November.
Martinez and Warrington previously squared off in Leeds back in 2017, with Warrington prevailing via majority decision after twelve rounds.
Warrington was last in action back in September 2021, with his Headingley rematch with Mauricio Lara being ruled a technical draw after two rounds due to an accidental clash of heads.
Lara stunned Warrington in nine rounds in their first encounter behind closed doors at Wembley Arena in February.
