# McGregor Responds To Floyd’s Glove Change Suggestion

Floyd Mayweather recently announced on Instagram that [he is open to fighting Conor McGregor](https://boxing-social.com/news/mayweather-agrees-significant-rule-change/) with 8-ounce gloves.

McGregor kept quiet for a bit but he has now responded to Floyd’s sudden rule change suggestion.

“Pick whatever size gloves you want as well little man. I fight with 4oz. I don’t give a f\*\*k about the size of the glove,” wrote McGregor.

However, Nevada State Athletic Commission’s Executive Director Bob Bennett [has commented](https://boxing-social.com/news/nevada-state-athletic-commission-comments-floyds-rule-change-suggestion/) on the issue and the fight will proceed with the agreed 10-ounce glove.
