British, Commonwealth and European bantamweight champion Lee McGregor will return to action on July 10 on an MTK Fight Night in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
McGregor (10-0, 8 KOs) was last seen blowing out Karim Guerfi in one to win the European crown in March. He will meet an opponent to be announced shortly.
Fast-rising 154-pounder Tursynbay Kulakhmet (3-0, 2 KOs) will also feature in front of his home fans, having KOed previously unbeaten Heber Rondon in the opening round in April. Southpaw Kulakhmet will similarly take on selected opposition.
Meanwhile, in all-southpaw battle, Kazakh super-featherweight Sultan Zaurbek (10-0, 7 KOs) will face Dundeeās comebacking Ronnie Clark (21-4-2, 7 KOs), in the Scot’s first fight since shocking Zelfa Barrett on the cards in February 2018.
