Former UFC star Nate Diaz has been filmed choking a man to sleep in chaotic scenes after a Misfits boxing event.
Diaz is a mixed martial artist, best know for his time in the UFC where he faced ‘The Notorious’ Conor McGregor twice, with the score currently at 1-1.
His last fight was in September, defeating Tony Ferguson by submission with a guillotine choke and it looks like Diaz hasn’t lost his touch.
The 38 year-old was ringside on Friday night to watch teammate Chris Avila beat Paul Bamba by decision in New Oreleans for the latest instalment of Misfits boxing.
In the arena the American was already grabbing the headlines, throwing a water bottle at Netflix reality star Chase DeMoor. This isn’t the first time Diaz has launched a bottle, famously doing so at the press conference for his rematch against McGregor at UFC 202.

It’s believed Diaz was escorted out of the venue soon after, but the chaos didn’t stop there. A street brawl broke out and although not clear what started the trouble, Diaz is seen getting a man in a chokehold until he lay motionless on the floor.

Diaz is turning his hand to boxing and will make his professional debut against YouTuber turned boxer, Jake Paul on August 5 at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
Paul is coming off his first defeat, losing a points decision to Tommy Fury back in February, whether these events will put that fight in jeopardy remain to be seen.
