There is a date and a venue and while boxing fans are in the dark as to where and when Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury will take place reports suggest that there could be an eye-watering $150 million site fee.
It has been long speculated that the Middle East would be one of the most realistic destinations for the undisputed heavyweight world title fight to take place in. And while Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn has said that both parties have agreed and signed to this mammoth blockbuster, we still await confirmation as to when exactly the two Brits will get it on.
ESPN have reported that the two leading heavyweights will earn around $75 million each should the fight take place in Saudi Arabia. There will also be several million dollars put aside for expenses including the undercard.
July 24 or early August continue to be the speculated dates for what is one of the most anticipated fights in recent history.
