# Terence Crawford Has No Doubt Who The Pound-For-Pound Best Fighter Is

Terence Crawford fought just once this year, but the nine rounds were enough for him to make a strong case as the very best in the world.

The Omaha native proved anybody who said his fight with Errol Spence Jr was 50/50 wrong by dominating the then unified welterweight champion. Now a two-time undisputed three-weight champion, Crawford was catapulted him to the top of many pound-for-pound lists. It’s a place he feels he absolutely deserves, as evidenced by [a recent set of posts on social media.](https://twitter.com/terencecrawford/status/1737499958394163503)

> “When I say I’m P4P best fighter in the world, this is what I mean. You could put me in any weight category if I was that size and I would still dominate. You definitely can’t say the same for everyone else. Some don’t have the style for smaller fighters or bigger fighters – I do.”
>
> “How many of y’all favourite fighters had a close fight or a fight they didn’t dominate or lost? There’s not one fighter I’ve fought professionally that can say I didn’t dominate them. I never liked to talk because I did my talking in the ring. But I’m really him, better ask somebody.”
>
> “I started this Undisputed s\*\*t. Nobody was screaming they wanted to be undisputed until me. I’m a trendsetter. Like it or not y’all favourite fighters wanna be just like me. and that’s not the only thing either.”

Although a date nor weight is yet to be announced, [Crawford is fully expected to fulfil his contractual rematch with Spence](https://wp.boxing-social.com/news/terence-crawford-on-ibf-and-next-fight/) before moving on in his career.
