# Top Trainer Makes Bold Canelo-Charlo Prediction: “He Could Make Him Quit Mentally”

Esteemed trainer Abel Sanchez has broken down the fast approaching undisputed vs undisputed match up between [Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez and Jermell Charlo.](https://www.cbssports.com/boxing/news/canelo-alvarez-vs-jermell-charlo-fight-card-date-odds-rumors-showtime-ppv-location-complete-guide/amp/)

Light middleweight king Charlo will jump up two weight classes to challenge for Alvarez’ four 168lbs world titles on September 30th, and most see the American as a clear underdog.

And Sanchez told [Fight Hub TV](https://youtu.be/Vy7YV1uacx8?si=Vlimf2-SYwSYHkhd) that he envisages ‘Canelo’ essentially beating the fight out of Charlo at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

> “I think Canelo by decision, because Charlo is a good fighter. Charlo, to me, is the kind of fighter who will step up to the competition and will give Canelo a hard time early.”

Though ‘Iron Man’ stands considerably taller than Alvarez, the Mexican star is expected to be considerably heavier by the time the pair step into the ring in a month’s time.
