# WBO’s Review Decision Is In – Close But No Cigar For Pac

The WBO responded to [Manny Pacquiao’s request](https://boxing-social.com/news/wbo-will-review-pacquiaos-controversial-loss/) and his fight against Jeff Horn was reviewed recently by a group of anonymous judges.

According to the WBO, the results are in and there is no disagreement of the winner.

”From the results, it can be established that Pacquiao won 5 rounds while Horn won 7 rounds,” the WBO statement said.

The judges have ruled in favour the new welterweight champion Jeff Horn. The WBO states that Pacquiao won rounds 3,8, and 9 by 100 percent. Round 5 he won by 80 percent and the 11th round by 60 percent.

The judges gave Horn rounds 1, 6, and 12 by 100 percent. Rounds 2,4, and 7 Horn won by 80 percent and the 10th round by 60 percent.

All in all, it confirms Horn’s unanimous decision win.

”It gives me evidence behind me that I can just use now. Instead of saying \`I think I won the fight,’ now a heap of other people – professionally – think I won the fight. It’s definitely nice to have it finally put on paper,” said Horn according to [Fox Sports.](https://www.foxsports.com/boxing/story/independent-review-confirms-decision-for-horn-over-pacquiao-071117)
