Matt has vast experience in boxing as a lead interviewer and content creator. Having worked with established platforms such as Behind The Gloves and Intu Boxing, Matt has travelled the world and attended some iconic events covering the sport, and talking to some of the biggest names. Matt has recently moved to Boxing Social and is looking forward to another successful year in media.

Michelle Joy Phelps joined Boxing Social in 2024 after over a decade covering boxing on Behind the Gloves and hosting live broadcasts for the likes of ESPN & BT Sport.

As a passionate follower and fan of combat sports for many years, Louis commenced his journey in boxing media last year with Love Boxing TV. Louis has interviewed high profile athletes at some of boxing’s most iconic events, and recently joined the Boxing Social team as a reporter to continue on his exciting journey. He looks forward to developing his career in boxing media alongside our experienced team.

A passionate boxing fan from a journalism background. Jared joined Boxing Social in 2022 as a social media executive, helping deliver consistent and high-quality content across our social media platforms. Jared also steps up to report on boxing events, interviewing many figures in the boxing industry.

A commercially motivated business leader with experience in leading, motivating and coaching a team to fulfil its potential. Jack joined Boxing Social in early 2022 before becoming Director in January 2023. His role is to deliver the targets of the company’s board, sponsors and stakeholders.

Originally from Newcastle, Lucy relocated to London to study a Sports Business degree. With a keen passion for boxing, she has worked in boxing media for the past year attending high profile boxing events, interviewing athletes and article writing, and has recently joined Boxing Social as Head of Operations.

Kristan has been writing about music and sport for 20 years. He’s done cover features for the most influential music magazines on the planet, written books about the world’s top DJs and most celebrated clubs, interviewed footballing heroes and profiled Tour de France legends. He joined Boxing Social in the summer of 2023 as a news and feature writer.

An avid boxing fan with a passion for writing, Tom built his own website from the ground whilst at university and debuted in Boxing News with a cover article, as well as freelancing for various other outlets. In mid 2022, he joined the Boxing Social team and has since produced hundreds of news articles, fight reports and fighter interviews for the website. His aim is to continue to improve the content on the website as well as on other platforms.
