Heavyweight boxer Dereck Chisora got involved in a street fight this past weekend outside of a London club.

A brawl broke outside of the club and “Del Boy” did not shy away as he tried to interfere and even got tripped to the ground according to bystanders.

Chisora later told The Mail that he tried to break up the fight. The boxer says he wasn’t not tripped but instead, he slipped himself.

“The fight had started when we got there, and I went to break it up. I slipped over, I wasn’t being pinned down, and the bouncers didn’t treat me badly at all,” said Chisora.

“Del Boy” was scheduled to fight Robert Helenius but the bout got cancelled due to lack of ticket sales. So far there is no news about Chisora’s next opponent.
