Former IBF world welterweight champion, Kell Brook has once again taken aim at his long-time bitter rival, Amir Khan.
It has been widespread over the last few days, that Khan had travelled to Australia is widely expected to participate in the new edition of ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here’.
“I think he’s travelled over to the other end of the world to get away from me,” Brook exclusively told Sky Sports. “The next thing he’ll be saying is, if Kell comes to the jungle and lasts longer than he does, he’ll fight me then!

“He’s always finding some kind of excuse and now he’s travelled to the other side of the world to get away from me. It is a programme that I do enjoy watching. I’m looking forward to seeing him on the show. I’ll be voting for him to eat some kangaroo testicles or something like that. I’ll make sure that he has to do something for avoiding the fight with me.”
Brook admits that he’s interested in watching Khan’s participation in the show, to see what his personality is like, but one of his main goals is still to lure Khan in the ring for a blockbuster grudge match in the UK.
“Let’s see what his personality is like. I’m looking forward to seeing what he’s about if I’m honest with you, but if he gets in there with me, there is only one winner, and that’s me,” Brook said assertively.

Amir Khan has not fought since suffering the knockout of the year against the lineal world middleweight champion, Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez in May of 2016 and his expected participation in a reality tv series is likely to push back any plans to reconvene his fighting career.
Kell Brook is looking to make his return to the squared circle in early 2018 as he looks to get back to winning ways following back to back stoppage losses to IBF welterweight champion Errol Spence and unified world middleweight kingpin Gennady Golovkin. Furthermore, Brook is expected to make his return in the super-welterweight division.
