After getting stopped by Tony Bellew in his last fight, David Haye is making some serious adjustments behind the scenes.
‘The Hayemaker’ is currently recovering from an achilles tendon injury but in the midst of rehabilitation he has announced that a coaching change is in order.
“Since focusing on my recovery I have enjoyed the benefit of time to sit and reassess my future plans. Discussing these with friends, family and most importantly my head coach ‘2016 Trainer of the Year’ Shane McGuigan.
“Shane and I have come to the mutual that when I am ready to go back into full training camp, we will no longer be working together as boxer and coach,” said Haye in a press release.
