There are just eleven days to go until Deontay Wilder looks to make the seventh defence of his WBC world heavyweight crown.
The highly anticipated showdown will undoubtedly be ‘The Bronze Bomber’s sternest test to date.
There is much bad blood between the pair of pugilists after their originally scheduled November date fell through due to the man they dub ‘King Kong’ testing positive for a prohibited substance.

It has since been ruled that that failed test was simply down to blood pressure medication. Ortiz has since been cleared to return to the ring.
Earlier this week, the seasoned Cuban southpaw voiced his displeasure at the comments coming from ‘The Bronze Bomber’.
“He’s talking too much. He’s going to have to back that up in the ring. He says he’s going to kill ‘King Kong.’
“He’s going to knock me out. I want to watch him try.”
Look closely. Sometimes all you need to know is right before your very eyes. You may not see it yet, but the message is clear…. I will be the #UNDISPUTED Heavyweight Champion Of The World when it’s all said and done. But first things first. #WilderOrtiz#March3rd#BombZquadpic.twitter.com/xWEmSXLehG

“I’m not like those other guys he fought. I’m a real fighter. Tough and with a lot of experience.”
“I’ve been fighting since I was 10 years old,” Ortiz said.
“He doesn’t intimidate me. His trash talk makes me laugh. It’s just a lot of noise. I’m hungry.
“I’m doing this for my family. He better take me seriously because he’s going to find himself on the canvas before he knows it.”
“I’m going to show the world who ‘King Kong’ is;” Ortiz, ominously shared.

The knockout artist, Wilder has now offered his retort to those comments while talking with Sky Sports.
Wilder threatened to make an example of Wilder and furthermore promised to “beat your ass.”
“Luis Ortiz you about to go down,” Wilder said to Sky Sports. “I’m going to use you as an example for the rest of them.”
“People say you got skill, people say you got will. They say you King Kong, the boogeyman as well.”
“All of these things they relay you as, but the Bronze Bomber is going to beat your ass.”
