Derek Chisora made his presence felt in typical fashion at the Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium yesterday – by hurling insults at the club out on to the pitch!
Chisora, who was there to announce his trilogy fight with Tyson Fury, is a Manchester United fan and was in no mood to keep hush his allegiances, shouting “Tottenham sucks!” whilst overlooking the playing surface.

Chisora’s Manchester United beat Tottenham 2-0 the night prior to the press conference, and ‘Del Boy’ was clearly more than happy to add a little bit of insult to injury.
The impressive stadium, which only opened in 2019, will also be the venue for Chisora and Fury’s showdown on December 3rd, with the decision made to switch from the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
The fight has not been particularly well received by fans on social media, questioning the need for a third fight between the Fury and Chisora due to the fact Fury won the first two comprehensively and Chisora has lost three of his last four fights.
The press conference yesterday, however, was somewhat entertaining. Chisora and Fury’s promoter Frank Warren had a bit of back and forth, with ‘War” whipping out his phone and saying he was going to call Eddie Hearn to help them “sell out the stadium.”
However, speaking on a more serious note, Chisora stated he was grateful to Fury for the opportunity.
“I’m buzzing. It’s a great fight. Can’t really say much because they’ve put a gag on me in the contracts – so that’s how I’ll leave it.”
“Tyson has always said there’ll be a third fight and it’s here now. So shout out Tyson for giving me the opportunity to fight him.”
“Is there bad blood? Not really. I just want to take what’s his and make it mine. That’s my whole objective for this fight. I want to physically take it off him.”
