Derek Chisora is the only man to have faced both Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk in a professional contest and, ahead of the upcoming undisputed battle between the two champions, Del Boy revealed the main concern that he has for his fellow Brit.
Chisora faced his good friend and domestic rival Fury on three occasions, losing by a considerable margin each time in what many deemed to be a relatively pointless trilogy.
However, his fight with the Ukrainian was far more meaningful, as he gave Usyk a run for his money in what was just his second bout since moving up from cruiserweight.
Regardless of his friendship with ‘The Gypsy King’, Chisora said that he fears Fury’s cut could come into play, both in the fight and during the build-up.

“The cut could play a big factor in the fight. Has that massive cut managed to properly heal? It can make sparring difficult, you’d be cautious to open it up again. It’s a predicament.
“Whilst Usyk is doing everything the right way, is Tyson doing his camp at 85 percent of what he would have been doing before he got the cut? Only his close team will know. Usyk is undoubtedly going to be targeting that cut.
“I want the British man to win 100 percent, but if you’re a betting man you’d have to think: this is the cut he had against Otto Wallin and it’s going to come back again. I think Tyson is going to have to box on his back foot. But then again he might drop Usyk with an uppercut.”
Fury-Usyk takes place in one month’s time, topping a bill that features two additional world title fights.
