As the long-awaited clash between Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia edges closer, the boxing world remains undecided on who will come out on top, and Eddie Hearn is certainly no different, having now changed his prediction for a third time.
It now appears Hearn has gone full circle and is once again favouring the Baltimore native to get the knockout.
In an interview with iFL TV, Hearn said.
“A lot of the people that I have been speaking to, Devin [Haney], Shakur [Stevenson], all these people, they think Ryan has a really good chance in this fight. The fact that they grew up with him, the fact they know Tank, for them to think that, there must be substance to that, right?
So, I started thinking that Ryan could win this fight by stoppage, and I actually would love to see that. I think that they are both tremendous fighters, but I’m going to go Tank by stoppage, I’ve just changed my mind again!”
Tank and Garcia will take centre stage on Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, with the event being available to watch around the world in a rare cross-broadcaster deal.
Fans in the United States will be able to watch the show on both Showtime and DAZN on pay-per-view, whilst in the UK you can watch it in on DAZN as part of your monthly subscription.
