The IBO super-middleweight world champion, Chris Eubank is just under 11 days from his chance of moving one step closer to his dream of coming out victorious in the World Boxing Super Series.
He will be able to pick up the WBA world super-middleweight title if he is successful when he collides in the squared circle with rival George Groves on the 17th February.
In an exclusive with London’s Evening Standard, Eubank once again shared his belief that he will be triumphant.
He has begun to bang the drum ahead of their showdown and has claimed his rival ‘knows how to lose big fights’.
Eubank cited the examples of the two Froch fights as well as the defeat to Badou Jack.

Eubank Jr told Standard Sport: “I am not interested at all in the fact that I have been made (the) favourite.”
“It cannot and will not affect my thinking or preparation at all. It is irrelevant.”
“But I do know that George is seeking comfort when he talks about my stature and pedigree and how it doesn’t match what he has done.
It is the same when he makes so much of how I have stepped up from middleweight and that he is more natural in this division.”
“This is not a fight that requires bad words or disrespect between us. We respect each other.”
“I know he will be the best and most experienced fighter I have faced and that he will give me my toughest test.”
“But I saw in his eyes at our press conference to launch the fight last November that he is having to convince himself of something, that he needs to give a certain view of my career and what I have done to reassure himself.”

“Okay, we will both give honest opinions if asked. That is not trash talk.”
“That is honesty. My belief is that I simply cannot and will not be beaten;” Eubank Jr added.
“This is such a huge opportunity for me to add to my global recognition and I am sure of exactly what I have to do.”
“I have the IBO belt and winning the WBA one will be another step towards dominating the super-middleweight division.”
“I have had the best sparring and camp of my career.”
“This is a great fight with clear issues which is why the public (are) so excited about it and why it sold out so quickly”
Eubank Jr added: “I hope the crowd will be a 50-50 split. It’s an occasion which deserves that and the public appreciates that we are both boxers from the very top level.

“But anyone who saw the hostility of the crowd in Stuttgart towards me — and how I then performed under such pressure — knows exactly how well I can deal with these things.”
“They were howling for my blood as I walked into the ring. He says it is all on me. It isn’t.”
“There is a lot in this for both of us and similarly, a lot to lose.”
“That is why the fans are so fired up. I am hugely confident that I know exactly what I have to do;” Eubank Jr concluded.
