A few days into his apparent sex ban, Eubank Jr is still finding satisfaction in food as he prepares for the biggest weight cut of his career.
He’ll face Conor Benn on October 8, in a fight that will give life to a family rivalry that fans thought was settled long ago. Chris Eubank Sr and Nigel Benn fought twice – once in 1990 and the other 1993 – and are the main selling point for this scrap between their sons.
Although, things aren’t quite as perfect as they could be. Conor Benn competes at welterweight, whilst his dad and Eubank Sr fought at middleweight and super middleweight. So does Eubank Jr, and the catch weight of 157lb has been far and away the biggest talking point, and concern, of the match up.
The Brighton-born fighter has to reach a number on the scales he said he hasn’t seen since he was a teenager. But, despite his father calling the whole thing dangerous, he’s still enjoying decadent food.
In the latest of a series of amusing videos that some say are almost certainly mind games, Eubank Jr bites into a burger as Marvin Gaye’s ‘Let’s Get It On’ plays in the background.

It follows a video with a KFC bucket, birthday cake, and other desserts. Who knew the fighter liked his food so much? We’re used to seeing Eubank holding chips at high-roller poker tables, but in this fight build up he’s more likely to have them in doused in salt and vinegar beside some fried chicken.
Eubank Jr’s use of the hashtag 60% percent is in reference to the amount of effort and physical condition he believes will take for him to beat Benn with ease. We’ll find out a week on Saturday just what both men can bring to the ring, but first, all eyes will be on the weigh in in just over a week’s time.
