Frampton: This is a fresh start
Frampton remarked that it has been a tough year but things are looking good going forward. “This year has been a terrible year, 2017, considering 2016 was the best year of my professional career. So this is a completely fresh start. A lot of things have changed recently for me but I’m feeling good for it, I want to put that all behind me and finish on a win,”
There are many exciting matchups that potentially lie ahead for the well connected Frampton who is still being advised by the renown Al Haymon. Haymon also advises multiple potential featherweight rivals like Lee Selby, Gary Russell Jr., Abner Mares, Santa Cruz, Jesus Cueller and several others. While under promoter Frank Warren he is under the same promotional banner as domestic rivals, Lee Selby and featherweight contender Josh Warrington.
