Unbeaten Heavyweight Drops Huge Hint He Will Fight On Matchroom vs. Queensberry Event

News is due any day of the weights and fighters who will take part in the much anticipated 5 v 5 Matchroom vs. Queensbury event in Saudi Arabia this summer and now one unbeaten heavyweight has dropped a big hint that he will be one of the men competing.

This event will form the undercard to the main event – a massive undisputed light heavyweight contest between two fantastic fighters in Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev, both of whom are unbeaten.

Last time out, European heavyweight champ Agit Kabayel got an upset win over fast-rising Arslanbek Makhmudov when he overwhelmed the Montreal-based Russian in just four rounds on the Day of Reckoning card in Saudi Arabia back in December.

It was recently revealed that Frank Sanchez and Kabayel have been ordered by the WBC to fight a heavyweight eliminator, so should Kabayel fight on this card in June he may have to pass up on that chance.

As spotted by EverythingBoxing’s X account, Kabayel has dropped a big hint that he will be fighting on the Matchroom vs. Queensberry card on June 1st.

“? Agit Kabayel pinning a comment from DAZN Germany on his YouTube channel, “01.06. ?”

“Another addition to the June 1 Dmitry Bivol-Artur Beterbiev undercard?”

The video he has pinned the comment to is his own reaction video to Anthony Joshua knocking out Francis Ngannou back on March 8.

News is expected on further details of this Matchroom and Queensberry 5 v 5 card any time now.
