Tommy Fury has been putting the work in at the gym for Jake Paul, and the American has likened him to a superhero for his efforts.
The pair face off in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia on Sunday February 26 – putting an end to years of online back and forth and each entering the ring with supreme confidence that their opponent won’t see the halfway point of the eight-rounder.
Fury showed off a muscular physique in recent promotional pictures, prompting Paul to brand his in-shape opponent ‘The Incredible Hulk.’

In a separate promo, the American focused on the size of Fury’s arms. The Brit, much like his heavyweight champ brother, has quite the reach.
Paul was also pleased about the claims that Fury’s training camp was ‘the best ever’ – but ultimately believes that it won’t help him come fight night.
“Bro I swear his arms weight 100 pounds and his body weighs the rest. He’s built so weird … I think that John Fury and Tommy Fury are delusional and have no idea what the f**k they’ve got themselves into. I’m glad it was their best camp cause he’s gonna need everything he can just to last a couple of rounds.”
“I don’t want it to be a complete massacre right away, I want to give the fans a good fight, but they have no idea what they’re walking into. They’re going to come back and watch this s**t one day and be like ‘damn, they knew something we didn’t.'”
The pair are due to meet at a 185lb catchweight, with both claiming this week that they are on weight and ready to hit the scales.
Despite being 15lb off the cruiserweight limit, the winner will be ranked in the WBC’s top 40 for that division, as announced by the sanctioning body recently.
