Kell Brook has warned Conor Benn that he’ll knock him out in under five rounds should a rumoured fight between them come to fruition.
The pair got into a heated ringside clash in Dublin this weekend, with a little shoving before they were separated.

Brook told Boxing Social that Benn engineered the scuffle by purposely bumping into him, and he warned the younger man that he was still top dog on the scene.
“That little brat, Conor Benn’s gonna get some chocolate brownies, baby. If he carries on bumping into me when I’m having interviews and then trying to be in my face. That’s why it kicked off earlier.”
“I like how he thinks he’s gonna come and do me in two rounds. He’s boxed nobody at my level – and I’m the main man in Britain even still.”
Brook went on to give a prediction of his own, some sly digs at Benn’s recent WBC ruling, and a comment on the fight happening only if he’s cleared by the British Boxing Board of Control.
“I will put him straight to kip in under five rounds. Mark my words. He’s not boxed anyone who can punch like me, who’s as accurate as me, has been in with the best. He’s boxed people who can’t even crack an egg. He’s an omelette maker. Scramble some more eggs, brother.
I will hurt him. If this can get overturned and we can box – because we have to fight in Britain, it can’t happen anywhere else – so if it all gets approved, you will see me and Conor lock horns.”
Brook has previously said that he’ll be ready for a ring return around September. It’s unclear whether or not that will stack up with Benn’s UK Anti-Doping hearing to determine the verdict of his doping case.
