Even though it only lasted for one round, lightweights Paul Hyland Jr (16-0, 6 KO’s) and Adam Dingsdale (16-4-1) went full blast at each other Saturday night.
Both fighters were definitely not pulling any punches. It was Hyland Jr struck first with a blistering multi-shot combo and dropped the tough Dingsdale on the floor. ‘Dingsy’ quickly got up went back at it but unfortunately ate another demolishing combination from Hyland Jr and that’s all she wrote. The referee stopped the fight at 1 minute and 49 seconds of the first round.
