Unified lightweight champion Teofimo Lopez has been ruled out of his title defence against George Kambosos this weekend after testing positive for Covid-19, according to Mike Coppinger of The Athletic.
Lopez was due to meet IBF mandatory challenger Kambosos this weekend in Miami on Saturday night, but the whole card will now be moved to August 14 following the news of his positive Covid-19 test.
