Conor McGregor makes fun of Floyd’s age – “Senior”

Call it a hunch but it’s almost a certain that Conor McGregor has learned the news about Floyd Mayweather cancelling the August 26th date for their fight. The Irishman has not yet commented on any of it but he did write another message to Mayweather.

Could McGregor’s latest Instagram post be a sign of respect or just a normal cheeky jab at Mayweather?

Quite possibly the latter. McGregor writes that he respects ‘Floyd Senior’ for being able to still train at his age even though you can clearly see it’s Floyd Jr in the pic.

Pictures of the 40-year old boxing great training do emphasize the fact that the fight is happening against McGregor. Before his retirement, ‘Money’ Mayweather last fought against Andre Berto in December 2015. He has stated numerous times that McGregor is the only fighter can bring him out of retirement.
