During the media day in Las Vegas, Conor McGregor was absolutely surrounded by the press and cameras.
But a former sparring partner, Paulie Malignaggi, managed to get a brief one on one session with the Irishman.
After an interview, McGregor spotted Malignaggi behind the security and went towards him. The two exchanged heated words for a brief moment until they had to be separated by event security and police.

This was the first time that the two have met publically in front of cameras ever since the leaked footage incident. McGregor then later commented the face off in his own words.
“I’d seen [Malignaggi] lurking around. He started talking to my manager Audie [Attar], and I walked over and he was still talking to Audie. He wouldn’t look. I said, ‘What’s wrong with you? He said, ‘The picture’, and I was like, ‘Mate, get over it, you look stupid, you got your a**e whooped, it’s done, get over it’. I don’t mind Paulie, I still don’t mind him,” said McGregor according to boxingscene.com
McGregor is set to fight Floyd Mayweather this Saturday, August 26th, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
