During his beating of Errol Spence Jr, Terence Crawford found time to taunt a potential future opponent in Jermell Charlo.
Crawford became the first four-belt undisputed welterweight champion in Las Vegas that night, flipping the script that his fight with Spence was a pick ’em by picking his opponent apart from round two onwards.
Following two knockdowns in the seventh, Crawford found time to go back and forth with undisputed super-welterweight champion, Charlo.
The American is one division up from ‘Bud’ and a potential opponent down the line.
Crawford pointed to Charlo in the crowd and he responded by saying ‘you can’t f**k with me – I don’t give a f**k’ – he then told someone beside him that he had already did what Crawford was looking to achieve.

As Charlo mentioned, he is set to jump up two divisions to face Saul ‘Canelo’ Álvarez on September 30.
The fight will be for the Mexican’s undisputed super-middleweight titles, and Charlo will be stripped of at least one of his own belts when the first bell rings.
It’s unclear what he plans to do next – win or lose – and that makes the Crawford fight a mystery.
Fans would love to see it, though. ‘Bud’ is turning 36-years-old soon and has limited time to deepen an already Hall of Fame worthy resume. A move to win titles at 154 would be the next step in an incredible career.
The choice may not be his in the end, as there was a rematch clause in the contract which Spence is expected to activate.
