Former footballer and currently suspended Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher has been under fire as of late and one very vocal member of the boxing community has joined the verbal firing squad.
The video of Carragher spitting on a fan and his daughter went viral instantly.

WBO World middleweight champion Billy Joe Saunders tweeted his thoughts about the incident and needless to say he didn’t hold anything back.

“Should be a shamed of him self sick w****r,” wrote Saunders on Twitter.
He also added:
“I would have slapped him.”
A more brutal assessment of the situation was given by Vinnie Jones on talkSPORT who called Carragher ‘absolute filth.’

As for Saunders, the WBO champion is currently in camp getting ready for his fourth title defence set to take place on April 4th against Martin Murray at the O2 in London.
