Terence Crawford Questions If He Has A Mole In Camp: “How Did Spence Know That?”

Ahead of his long-awaited undisputed welterweight bout, against his renowned foe, Errol Spence Jr, Terence Crawford has joked that there could be a mole in his camp, after Spence revealed a well-kept secret of his.

Crawford and Spence have been recognised as the two best welterweights on the planet for a number of years and, after numerous failed negotiations, the pair are set to finally meet in the ring later this month.

The build-up for the blockbuster event is well underway and fans now have access a to behind-the-scenes footage as the two Americans prepare for the fight of their lives.

The most revealing of these fly-on-the-wall series that looks into the respective camps is Showtime Sports’ ‘All Access’. In a clip shared on Twitter we see the light-hearted side of ‘Bud’ Crawford, as opposed to the ruthless finisher that fans are accustomed to seeing in the ring.

The 35-year-old admitted his surprise to Spence’s comments at the press-conference, where he told the world that his opponent doesn’t eat hot sauce.

“Can I ask how the hell he [Errol] knew that I didn’t [don’t] eat hot sauce?

He said “you don’t even eat hot sauce” and I said “hahaha, how the f**k did he know that?”

Crawford’s joke comes not long after Ryan Garcia revealed he believed he had ‘a mole’ in his training camp for his Gervonta Davis fight – no laughing matter for the young man from California.

Hot sauce or not, the Spence-Crawford clash is sure to be a spicy one, as one man will be crowned as the first undisputed welterweight champion of the four-belt era on July 29th, in an event that can be watched live on Showtime PPV, with a U.K. broadcaster yet to be officially announced.
