Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou came face-to-face for the final time before their ten-round crossover bout in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The weigh-in, like the rest of the promotion, was given the same attention and spectacle as most main events. Surrounding by boxing royalty, the two men set to earn millions took to the scales.
Fury has slimmed down since the initial launch press conference, and looks in good fighting shape for a man his size. He tipped the scales today at 277.7 – just pipping his career-highest, albeit he was fully dressed on both occasions.

That came in his third contest with Deontay Wilder – a whopping 19 stone 11. Following that bout, he has weighed in at 264 and 268 for Dillian Whyte and Derek Chisora respectively.
For his last fight – a five round MMA title defence against Ciryl Gane in the UFC heavyweight ranks – Ngannou weighed just under 256lbs, the heavyweight limit for that organisation.
He was joined by Israel Adesanya on the stage before weighing in at 272lbs. As always, he looks in incredible shape.

Despite that fact, few if any pundits give him a shot against the undefeated and often-untroubled Fury – the general consensus being that the boxer can end it as and when he pleases.
What most fans will be keeping an eye on is Oleksandr Usyk, the unified heavyweight champion who will be ringside in the hope that he can announce his already-signed undisputed fight with Fury after the final bell.
The promotion – based in this same region – is keen for December 23, and it’s understood that will be cemented should Fury come through Ngannou unscathed.
UK fans can tune into the event via TNT Sports Box Office for the price of £21.95, and it’s $79.99 across the pond on ESPN+ PPV.
