Tyson Fury made it official yesterday finally, following over two years out of the ring. He will recommence his career on June 9 at The Manchester Arena. ‘The Gypsy King’ intends to recapture the titles that he claims are ‘what is rightfully mine”.
Tyson is feeling rather confident ahead of his imminent return to the ring. Fury believes all the important factors for a fighter of his style are better than they ever have been.
“I’m the fittest I’ve ever been. Timing, reflexes, everything is better than it’s ever been. I kid you not,” he added.

Additionally, ‘The Gypsy King’ believes we have yet to see him at the peak of his powers.
“Everything is still there. I’m 29 years old, coming into the prime of my life.”
“I’m stronger and faster, holding more muscle mass than ever.”
“I’m more confident looking at the competition;”
Anthony Joshua talked about the potential mammoth domestic showdown between himself and Fury. Joshua believes history tells us that the heavyweight rivals will have to the opportunity to settle their tension when they face off.
“It has to happen;” Joshua said.
“There’s not really been many fights in the heavyweight division in history that haven’t happened when you’re talking about championship level,” Joshua told Sky Sports television.
“In terms of history, I think that this fight has to happen. Because it wouldn’t be great for this era of boxing if it doesn’t happen.”
Touching on the matchup, Fury believes he has seen weaknesses in ‘AJ’s style that he can exploit.
“It’s going to be an easy fight, no contest,” he said of a clash with Joshua.
Fury shared his perception that Joshua is a one-dimensional fighter and his style will match up well with the knockout sensation’s.
“He is looking for one punch all night. Anybody who can move a little bit, and throw feints, he struggles with. He can’t land.”
“I’d outbox him for a few rounds then I’d knock him out.”
