The Amir Khan-Phil Lo Greco press conference incident has gotten much attention from the media from the moment it happened in front of a packed audience in Liverpool but a bit of humour has ensued from it as well.
The BBC also brought up the short-lived scuffle on live television. The hosts mentioned Khan and Lo Greco but apparently did not know who was sitting in the middle of the two.
@EddieHearn , BBC sport reporters need to sharpen up on their boxing knowledge perhaps. Outrageous! pic.twitter.com/TqpJM636vt

“Look at the size of the bouncer in the middle,” said one host.
“Big man isn’t he,” said another and then sized up Eddie Hearn as a heavyweight.
The viral video has been seen by Hearn and BBC journalist Dan Walker has already apologised for the mistake.
Eddie…. very sorry. It was early, the screen was miles away… we were looking at the next story. We shall correct it. You separated them very well πππ

Boxing fans know Hearn does not always get the best of compliments. The promoter himself responded that he’s been called a lot worse than ‘bouncer.’
Don't worry Dan I've been called many things, 'Bouncer' is not the end of the World π https://t.co/07HtJbRzEb

Naturally, Hearn’s followers on Twitter have started to make jokes on the subject.
@EddieHearn hello mate, my 2 daughters have a school disco on the 8th February. Are you available to work on the door?.. no money but as much orange squash as you can drink..π

Even heavyweight boxer Dillian Whyte commented on the video.
I'm fine at 147 but not getting between you two

This, of course, is not the first time Hearn has been in the middle of a press conference brawl. Back in 2016, the promoter had to watch out for a flying table thrown by Dereck Chisora at Whyte.
I'm much tougher at 147lbs
